I live in Vancouver. Born in Calgary, grew up in southwest Ontario.

Joined the infantry at 16. Learned how to lead men who were older than me.

Came back, worked drilling rigs in Alberta, finished at UWO. Rose the ranks of the drilling contractors to land a job with Shell.

Real estate next. Sales, investor coaching, built a portfolio specialising in secondary suites, consulted with the city on the legislation. Then cannabis when it legalised.

High-ticket coaching came after. My current obsession is sales and marketing systems with AI underneath. Plus a few other things in flight.

The through-line: show up in an industry early, learn how the operator tier actually runs, build systems, ship faster than the consensus playbook.

Most of the good thinking happens outside. Summit runs up Grouse before the sun's up. Cold plunges at 30 Foot Pool. Backcountry when the calendar lets me. Trail running year-round. If it hurts a little I'm probably in.
